I am a new graduate of the American College of the Building Arts in Charleston with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Blacksmithing craft specialization. As an artist and artisan, I continually find new inspiration each day from life and from the artists and educators that surround me. After studying Architecture for a year, and another year earning a Fine Art degree, I took my passion for building and drawing in a different direction with a newfound admiration of iron. 

I am interested in the way light implies movement through materials, and how both man-made and natural elements work artistically together in architectural details. My goal is to merge precision in craftsmanship between metal and delicate drawings while maintaining sensitivity to form.
